Question / Help FSX and DK2

I am sorry if this has been asked before but I am getting a strange screen when trying to record my rift view , here is a screenshot.

All that will record is the square screens inside the OBS window but I'm trying to record what you see on the right. Can anyone help talk me through what I'm doing wrong please ?

you want it to look all squished?
 
No I want what I see on the right to be in the obs capture window. And it won't be squished if it's in there for preview and recording. Just don't know how to do it.
