Hello,
I have a problem. Im streaming sometimes and my friend just can't watch the stream. Its buffering every time on Twitch. My friend has an very good connection (16mbit down). He can watch every other streamer without lag which are non-partnered except ME. Its so frustrating.. He is not the only one who has problem to watch my stream. We tried everything out. Changed the resolution on my stream, change the preset, change some network advanced settings etc... Then we lowered the bitrate and bufferrate to 500 and it worked. But thats not the point because he can watch every other stream which has a bitrate/bufferrate from 2500-3500. Why he cant watch MY stream with this bitrate? We also tried to change Servers, not working... Its so annoying...
Lets come to my OBS Settings. They are ALL fine:

Thats pretty it. All settings are optimized for Twitch. I have zero frame drops or anything else. Here is my specc:

Here is also the log file. I streamed 3 hours today.
We dont know whats wrong... I hope someone can help us to fix this as soon as possible.
