Question / Help Freezing while streaming

I stream with OBS (which I think is an awesome programme and very easy to use). I stream games like Counter Strike:GO , Dota 2 and DayZ.
The problem is that that my entire computer freezes randomly while I'm trying to stream. Sometimes it freezes after an hour, sometimes after 4 minutes. I can't figure out why. When it freezes, all the lights are still on and it appears to still be powered on but I just can't move anything so I have to shut it down by holding the power button.

Please HELP!

CPU - AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor
CPU Speed - 3.6 GHz Performance Rated at: 10.8 GHz
Ram - 8.2GB
OS - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
DVD Rom - HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS90 ATA Device

Internet Specs:
with http://testmy.net its: Download - 3mbs and Upload - 3mbs
http://www.speedtest.net Download - 31.2mbs and Upload - 9.78mbs.

Not sure what this mean and why are they so different but I know when I stream people don't really complain about lag or drops in frames or sound.

Hey, I tried to run the test and followed everysingle instruction but nothing happened and no report showed, It just kept runing and no report no nothing. It seems like it didnt even run a test because my comp seemed to be the same
