Question / Help Freezing recordings

Hey, I can't record with OBS 'cause every time when I record, the file freeze sometime. Can someone help me?

1080p30 on Veryfast Preset is out of reach you as well as the only 1000Bitrate/Buffer.

If 1080p30 on Ultrafast Preset wont work then downscale by 1.25 which would be 720p30

probably only 720p60 but not 1080p
