Question / Help Freezing- need help

I got obs to record some games. When I use it my game is getting high fps but when I watch the video it is freezing a lot. I lowered the resolution and frame rate but it still freezes. I don't care how high my fps ingame and I just need someone to help me get obs to stop freezing. It is not even using all my cpu. (if that is the reason could someone tell me how to make it use more of my cpu so it will stop freezing.

I put a log File if it could help you help me.

Do you mean put my game fps lower or the obs? I already have obs set for 30. Sorry that was the wrong log. It is already 30 but it is still happening and I ctrl+shift+esc and my cpu wasn't full.
