Question / Help Freezing Frames

Hey Guys,
In my Videos are after 2-3 Minutes freezing frames. The game is a little bit hanging but the in the Video are freezing frames!!
After 10-15 seconds it is over but after 2 minutes it makes it again. My Computer is good enough for recording so it cant be my PC. I also add a Log File! Pls help me!!!!!

streaming at 1080p at 60 fps is not only a cpu strain even for higher end cpus and newer games
but unless your partnerd with twitch you wont get the bandwidth for the stream drop to 720pat 60 fps or even 30 fps with about 3000 bitrate
the stream should stop freezing and give your more cpu for your game if that is whats freezing
for local recording change your maxbitrate to 0 to unlock it to alloow it to go freely and not make the recording blurry

I dont stream i only record. i did what you say but it doesnt work.

x264 encoding is not recommended if you are recording 1080p60fps and playing on the same machine.

I would drop your resolution to 720p and see how it goes. If it still doesn't work very well, then consider trying AMD VCE encoding, which will use your GPU to encode the video.
