Freezing and bluescreen while streaming

Hello,
I have been experiencing crashed and freezes while streaming which force me to restart my PC by holding the power button, and today I got a bluescreen (kernel power 41), the freezing and crashes happen when I'm either tabbing out from a fullscreen application or when I attempt to close one, but it has also happened out of nowhere as well. Below you'll find my OBS logs from the past 2 days, during which I have experienced the issues mentioned. I can also provide minidump files if they can help, but I am uninformed if they include any sensitive information.

Your scenes should be cleaned up, lots of them have multiple Display, Game or Window captures. Only (1) per to avoid interference.

Also noticed this, could be a bad cable.

Most of my scenes have only 2 Window/Game captures, one being the main attraction and the other being a moving avatar thing, I can try disabling that just to see if it is about that, thank you. I'll also try disabiling HAGS, thank you for the suggestion. And the cable might be hard to change currently since it is routed from another room, but I'll get to it as well. Thank you for the quick response.

I helped somebody last night, they had 99.3% encoding lag with HAGS enabled. 0.0% with it disabled. Your system didn't get that far & the results more than likely would have been similar anyway.
