Question / Help Freezing after 2 seconds of recording though sound continues.

I've been recording with Bandicam and Fraps with no issues but would like to use this software.
I've tried a multitude of settings and I'm just getting the video freezing after 2 seconds of recording but sound continues.
Read through other problems on here the same but none seem to fix my problem.

You only have a Pentium, which is extremely underpowered for video encoding. You'll need to downscale your resolution quite a bit (to 480p or 360p) and change your x264 preset to ultrafast.

I have the same sort of problem but i have a really good pc (intel i5-3210m cpu 2.50GHz, radeon graphics card, 8gb ram, windows 8.1, 64-bit)
