Question / Help Freezes

[Windbreaker]

Whenever i hit preview stream and im on my desktop its fine, as soon as i click onto cs:go it freezes. It doesnt crash obs, but the preview just freezes. But when i click back onto my desktop, everythings fine and unfrozen.
