Question / Help Freezes then keeps going, again and again.

Hello there, I have been trying to watch tutorials on how to get the best out of obs and it seems to not work. Every time I record a video game I watch how it freezes then it keeps going and that happens constantly. Audio is fine but video isn't. Please help me out.

A Pastebin link would have been preferable. Your system is not suitable for the settings you're trying to record at. Enable vsync in your game, use game capture instead of monitor capture, and use the NVENC hardware encoder for encoding.

I followed your instructions and it seems to not have changed a bit. My recording is very fuzzy and I'm not sure how to turn the quality up because it is not very good. I'm not too sure if it is a problem with monitor or something like that because my monitor does not have the best resolution.
