Question / Help Freezes after 8 second [resolved]

I used to run on a Hard drive and I could stream perfect no problem. I recently got an ssd and everything else works great.
When i go to stream, it will stream for 8 seconds then I lose all frames and when i try to stop streaming or close obs it freezes up and I have to wait. If I preview stream, i have no problems whatsoever.

Also side note, my settings are the exact same as when I had my HD in.

Here's another log where i kept the stream going for 2 minutes. Where it did nothing different.

Wow... Asus Network iControl was the problem. I fixed it, sorry about the delay. For anyone else... get rid of Network iControl it sucks.
