i have a problem with obs when i'm streaming on cs:go, my stream have some freeze but i don't have packet loss.
My rig :
cpu : athlon x4 860k
gpu : r7 260x
8 go ram
I know this isn't a very good build but i think i could stream cs:go.

I recently installed windows 10 but i didn't stream before so i don't know if the problem is windows 10.
