Question / Help Freeze when streaming!

I have used the estimator and changed all my settings, but when i try to stream xbox 360 gameplay via an elgato my stream gets freeze every 3 seconds and looks choppy. I have 50 download speed and 5.6 upload speed. Does anyone know what could be causing this ( my max bitrate is 3000 , that was recommended by estimator ).
