Question / Help Freeze Stream

When I start the stream, I go in game and go from tablet to my stream, in order to see the quality and there are no freezes.
But, I noticed that I have a stream in a normal state is somewhere 10 seconds, then freezes for 30 seconds. What is the problem ? :(
P.S. In your browser stream don't look because you know that when you are viewing your stream + to play the game, it will lag terribly.
P.S. Vertical sync off all games.

My brother also says that when he looks my stream, it just hangs like on my tablet. Maybe it's because of Windows?

I'm not entirely sure unfortunately. If the video seems to freeze on/off, it could just be because of the frame drops. That's what happens when frames drops.

Well, I'll try to change 60 fps to 30 fps
