So I have been streaming for quite a while now, and never really had issues with dropping frames before. Until recently, a couple days ago, it just started happening out of no where. I didn't change any of my settings, my internet is apparently good to go, ive tested everything in the sticky post about how to fix dropped frames..tried other streaming programs and had the same issues, but nothing has helped. Anyone have any suggestions, or can take a look at my problem?
Also, CBR is constant bit rate correct? I have my bitrate set at 2500, however...it will now fluctuate from 2500 to up to 3600, then down to 700, 0, back up to 700, return to 2500, and then rinse and repeat. This issue is really cutting into my streaming, which for me is basically my "job", so any information would be helpful.
