Question / Help Frames dropping when running H1Z1

GPU: GeForce GTX 980 Ti
CPU: i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz

Every time I attempt to stream H1Z1 from my computer the game just becomes laggy and my FPS drops. Instantly when I turn the stream of it becomes normal again. Also I experience lag when I keep the preview up on my second monitor.

- Why is this happening?
