I just wanted to start off by saying I'm fairly certain this is an issue with my internet provider, as from 5pm to 5am (est) times are the only times I am having any problems. I have ran streams during the morning, and early afternoon, and absolutely no problems whatsoever. But I've had a technician out to my house 8 times in the last 3 months with them claiming there are no problems, or just replacing the modem I have.
I would also Like to note, that it seems the internet is always this bad only during the cold times of the year (more people inside?). And oddly enough, from christmas to new years I had almost no problems. So anywho, here s all the information I can think of that could lead someone to an answer that I am apparently incapable of finding other than being mad at my ISP. Thanks for your time.

I have tried using different bitrates (some insanely low) But there always seems to be these issues during the evening every 2-5 minutes. I have also tried using many different servers, which I have yet to see have any positive impact, my connection is a WIRED one, I have connected directly to my modem, or through a more than capable router.
One of my last ditch efforts I have arriving tomorrow, which is a cable amplifier. I am getting really desperate for some kind of solution. I'm just looking for some help. Thanks again, and if I can give any more info, just let me know!
