Question / Help Framerate Drop When Streaming

Whenever I stream I get incredible framerate drop. I have attempted chaning the bitrate multiple times and nothing changes. I really want to start streaming. Any help would be appreciated! Heres some info I'd assume you'd need to find out my problem, thanks again! :D

dont try to stream 1080p30 on fast preset with an i5

since your upload is sufficient i would suggest downscaling to 1280x720 (1.5) using 30fps and the veryfast preset with 1500-2500 bitrate gotta go through some testin which bitrate suits you the most and wont make your viewer buffer all day long
