Question / Help Framerate Drop (in-game) While Streaming Dota. Any help would be sick. I'll love you forever?

I'm not sure wtf is up but there's a noticeable framerate drop/lag whenever I start up the stream and it makes my face really sad. Can anyone take a look at my log and see if I'm fucking something up?

I don't see anything wrong there, not even 2% duplicated frames.
