Question / Help Framerate and Audio Issue (CPU~40%)

I'm trying to do a local recording and I'll occasionally have the frame-rate stutter and the audio will desync. I don't see a 'High CPU Usage,' it seems to hover around 40%. Any ideas?

Also, I turned off a source that I thought could be the problem, but it still stutters after a minute or two.
