Question / Help Framedrops with Quicksync

Hello All,

I have a huge problem.
I want to Stream CS:GO but I get massive framedrops ingame :(. Then I saw the Thread with Multisync and followed the introduction there to get my QuickSync up and runnin. But still having huge Framedrops Ingame and cant play any Game anymore.

My Spec:
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 Superclocked
CPU: Intel i7-3770
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz
MB : ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional

Don't use Monitor capture. In your nVidia control panel, set QSVHelper.exe in your OBS folder to run on the Intel processor, and set OBS to run on the nVidia. Then also select your nVidia device in OBS video settings and use game capture to capture the game. Then QSV should still work and you should be able to use a faster capture method.

How do I set this up? I have no clue how the nVidia Control Panel works :D

Except also find the QSVHelper.exe and set that to use the Intel GPU in addition to what the above thread says.

I just dont get it its just different from what he says there.
I mean I added OBS to the list but i cant find the thing to di this: "and select it to use the nvidia ("performance") adapter." I just checked every Dropdown Menu and no one I can select something with intel
