Question / Help Framedrops, packet loss? Help Now pls

My internet is fine, i have 100/100 , speedtest is fine.

but still i cant stream , i get green/yellow/red / yellow red down right corner all the time even with low bitrate like 500 kps..

what can be the problem? jave? virus? what?

this is getting frustrating, i need some help from the admins or other people now.

dont tell me about the article like this.. IVE DONE It. its not my internet, i tryed all kind of bitrates, and im not trottling by isp..

You definitely have some sort of Local recording settings active. like CBR or custom cfr settings active. You need to look over everything. Just because you lowered your bitrate doesn't mean shit if you rockin the other settings wrong. Are you using a peer block program or anything?

Your OP never said you looked at that thread, so it is a natural place to direct someone first. No need for making duplicate threads or posting in giant all-caps bold words.

You said you tried everything in that thread. What bit rate did you go down to? What servers did you try? Are you streaming on wireless? What was your ShaperProbe result? Have you tried any different streaming services to see if you have the same issue? Have you tried plugging directly into your modem to see if your router is having an issue?
