Question / Help Framedrops in OBS not ingame (rocket league)

Hi everyone...

I have this small problem with streaming rocket league...
My frames ingame are 30+ easy while streaming, but obs goes to 5-10 fps...

This is a log from when I tried to stream it...

Also streaming Minecraft and Hearthstone works just fine for some reason...

ok thanks, will try that :D

EDIT:
it looks like it's detecting my onboard amd thingy, while I have an external card now... :s
