Question / Help Frame Drops

For about a week now, my frame rate drops off to nothing for a few seconds and then goes back to normal. It does not indicate that frames are dropping in OBS but the stream definitely freezes for a bit and then goes back to normal after like....30 seconds are so. It will do this a few times during the stream, maybe every hour or couple of hours. Everything else on my computer works fine while the frame drop is happening.

I was wondering if you have any idea what might be causing this. I know that my OBS crashes after streaming for 6-8 hours because of a CLR browser plugin issue so maybe it is connected with that? Just looking for ideas on how to fix this.

Please post a log file from a live streaming session at least 10 minutes long, and we'll be able to help. There's a stickied thread at the top of the forum on how to do this, or you can just use the Help menu's "upload" function and post the link here.

Sounds like a capture issue, though a plugin spazzing out could cause problems too.
