Question / Help Frame Drops while Streaming

Before I got an upgrade in my internet my streaming quality was good enough to where i can stream and I will not get any problems with frames. I don't know if you guys can help. I've already asked my ISP to come look and he said he didn't see any issues other than changing when my modem/router gets a new IP. I figured now I'd try to see if there is a problem on obs side.

You have no servers in that list of sufficient quality to stream to.
The problem is likely between your isp and twitch and not anything between you and your isp.

So out of curiosity when I use testmy.com it tells me that my ups is around 2 or so Mbps. Does that have anything to do with it.

Probably something similar. The routing to the twitch servers doesn't allow you to stream. It probably also causes you to have different results to different speedtest.net servers

Just streamed with no trouble.. still shady imo but It worked. thanks for your help man!
