I never had this before!
Insta massive Dropping Frames .. Never had this before!!

My internet is good..
i just dont know why i get this today ... streaming for like months ..

Your log doesn't show any frame drops, or any attempt to stream for that matter.

You need to provide a log of an actual streaming attempt.

The same way you provided the first log. Just try to stream and then post the latest log created. Don't just do a Preview, you have to actually do Start Streaming.

Alright, try other servers to see if you can get a better connection. Failing that, you will have to start lowering bitrate until the frame drops start.
