Question / Help Frame Drops.. Please Help me

Hey together,

at first sry for my bad englisch :D

So i have the following problem. I want to stream with obs but i get everytime frame drops. i have set the max bitrate from 1000 - 3500 but nothing change...

Please Help me

My System:
CPU: I7- 4470 @ 3,40GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 660
Ram: 12GB
Windows 8
Down/Upload: 150.000/6.000

I try everything but nothing helped me.

Dealing with dropped frames is a bit difficult, have you read this thread? viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8870

We made that thread because we tried to list out every response we normally have to give about it. There's really not much we can do about it to help outside of what's in that thread. It's pretty much everything we can think of.
