Question / Help Frame Drops On Good Internet?

Anytime I try to stream other people say its laggy so I check my OBS and saw that 60% of all my frames were dropping. I usually set my max bit rate to 2500-3000 but for some reason it's very laggy. Now I have to set it to 1800-2000 and the image quality looks horrible. I need help! Speed Test: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4312177458

Your last log showed no internet-wise dropped frames.

You are using the default, little compression level and have a very powerful CPU. You should try adding some more to offset any issues from low bitrate.

Also, if using game capture, you will grab only 1/2 the framerate, because you are using SLI (unless your game is a single-GPU title). So you will need to use monitor capture and borderless windowed (if on Windows 8/8.1) or force your game to a single card for game capture, or use window capture (still a bit of an issue).

And finally, your speedtest is not resultant of your connection to twitch.tv's servers or hitbox.tv's servers etc etc.

What do you mean by adding more offset? Also I should use window capture rather than game capture? I am very confused.

Adding compression = lowering CPU preset. This offsets (mitigates, helps, fixes, etc) problems introduced due to low bitrate.

You should use Window Capture, yes.
