Disable it & test. Multi-out requires additional bandwidth & there doesn't appear to be much of that available.

For the timestamp warnings, try enabling device timing on Mic/Aux & see if that helps. The warnings start right after it's initalized.

Get rid of that Nvidia filter too.

Where can I enable the device timings? or delete nvidia filter

Looks like it can only be set when using Source audio, I don't see the option for Global devices.

Before you do any additional testing. Create a new Profile with (1) Scene & Source using these encoding settings. Hopefully the timestamp warnings cease.

Did you test using a new Profile yet? You have made progress but there's still GPU overload & warnings. The log should be clean, it's still messy. I think there's something bugged in the current Profile.

Your internet is clearly better than it was yesterday. Did you call your ISP to resolve it or did it just improve? If the latter, keep an eye on it. If it could be a sign of an overloaded node if you're on cable.

I did TwitchTest on my computer and it found that the RTS of a server was the best optimal version. So what I did was go into OBS and switch the streaming server to that region and I honestly have no idea if that improved my internet connection during stream.

Good

Look at yesterday's log, Dynamic Bit-rate was all over the place, not so in today's log. I think you had some dropped frames in one of your sessions but the improvement is noticeable/significant.
