This has been happening with a good amount of my games. I'm trying to start streaming CS:GO and normally I get 120+ FPS When I preview my stream in OBS the framerate tanks to 30 FPS at the menu and if I minimize OBS while previewing the framerate tanks to 5 or less. This has happened to a good amount of my games.
