Question / Help Frame drops at precisely at 30 minutes every time I steam?!?

Basically every so often I will have frame drops, and I always assumed that it was just my internet acting up, but my upload speed it 11MB/S and my encoding is set at 2500, which is not nearly close it it, I have tried downscaling from 1980p to 1280 and that doesn't fix it. I was streaming today and whenever my frame drops happened I would glance at the time streaming and it was always at the 30 minute mark. This happened three times to me today, and all three at the 30 minute mark. I have no idea why they would all be happening at the same exact time, could it possibly be an actual issue on my end, such as a faulty router or something? Here are all specs
GPU- FGeforce GTX 970
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790k CPu @ 4.00GHz
Memory- 16.00 GB RAM
Hard drive - I have both a 1 TB normal one and a 120GB SSD
OS - Windows 8.1

Incase my router could somehow be interfering with my stream drops, my router is a Cisco Linksys E2500

I would be fine to replace my router, but I don't want to waste money on something that isn't the problem, also whenever I have Frame drops my actual internet speed seems 100% unaffected, as I have done speed tests right as I have frame drops occur.
Thanks ahead of time.

Now when you say "frame drops" do you mean you dropped frames in the stream? Or your stream got choppy (but the dropped frames counter was at 0)? Because dropped frames is usually always a network issue. From what I can see it gets a lot of "unstable connection?" messages in your logs, but other than that, nothing out of the ordinary exactly.

I mean dropped frames in the stream, and do you know what could cause this unstable connection, or than my connection is unsable? I am saying this because my internet seems completely 100% unnaffected when I start dropping frames. and my connection in the game is still 100% normal during when i am sdropping frames, I am also hard wired into my router, so I really don't have any idea why my upload sped goes down to ) KB/s in obs when it is porobally al good

As dodgepong said.
Remember, your connection to twitch is not the same as your connection to everywhere else. You should contact your ISP about it.
