Not until recently i started to drop frames. i have 6 mbps up running at 2500 bitrate (was running at 3k with no problem about a month ago) just recently i have been dropping frames. it will start okayt dropping. stabilizes. then stays at 826kb then drops to 0 and constantly fluctuates.
my ISP is cox.
my modem is still in good condition
dont know what is going on either. i tried everything. i was reading other post. others have the same issue i have. could it just be my ISP?
