Question / Help Frame Drop

I am currently having an issue with OBS dropping frames during a stream connection. This has just recently started and I am using the same configuration I have been using for months. If I switch to Xsplit it has zero issues with streaming. No frame drop at the same settings. I have analyzed the log file and it states that I am having connection drop issues due to network connections. But my speeds are fine and Xsplit does not share this problem. Is there anything else it could possibly be?

Probably the fact that you're streaming at 3500kbit and your route to the twitch servers can't handle it.

Well managed to have another tech out who found more issues the other did not address. Seems to be more stable if needed ill update this thread further or make a new one if its been a while.
