Question / Help Frame drop and stutter windows 10

Upgraded to windows 10 and now I get frame drops in games and stutter. Just want to know if this is happening to anyone else. I have never had any issues before i upgraded to windows 10 my computer is pretty damn good. I7 4770 @ 4GHZ gtx 980 16 gb ram @ 1866

Yeah, I'm having this issue as well. I used to be able to record League of Legends gameplay @720p 60fps on Windows 7, and now I tend to get stuck at 30 fps in game while recording.

Same here, in fact, recording/streaming at 30 fps doesn't look smooth either anymore. :(
