Question / Help Frame Dies for 6 seconds at a time

Hi Everyone,

I've been trying for the past 2 weeks to get my stream to be consistent. I have not been able to get it no matter what I do. I've followed the main thread posted here on potential problems. But no matter what I cannot seem to get to the bottom of the issue.

After a set amount of time the stream always dies for about 6 seconds.

I have adjusted the bit rates and changed servers. I have also ran all programs on administrator levels. I am unsure what else could be the problem.

I have attached the log file of my last test. Please let me know what you think, and thank you for reading.

I have tried everything. I fear it may be my router or my ISP. Most likely it is my ISP. Should the router be fine, is the only solution to this issue switching ISP's?
 
Bump. Any insight here would be greatly appreciated. I am calling my ISP today to find out if there is anything I can do.

If my ISP cannot help, is there any alternative solutions other then switching ISP's?
