So I've been trying for the past 2 hours to get my video quality up, but it seems like no matter what i do the quality of my videos is complete garbage. The weird part being that i can run said garbage at 60fps. Here's my setup:
GPU: Geforce GTX960
CPU: i5-4460 haswell
Motherboard: AS-Rock killer z97
Ive attached my log below of a short capture of a game im wanting to record.
The video quality only seems to be bad in low-lit environments. It barely passable in highly-lit.
