Hey guys, having some issues with my OBS! I've streamed for a couple of days now, not sure if this issue is something new or old, but noticed this today. I can see my FPS nearly being static on 15, sometimes dropping to 14, sometimes going to 16 on the botton bar next to frame drops etc. I've put the stream on 30 max FPS and 1080p. The people that are watching don't get any buffering issues or so, but I feel like the FPS actually looks pretty low.
Could it be that the FPS counter on the bar is showing false data, that my actual FPS is 30~? Don't understand why it would go up and down sometimes then.
So, I'll link my specs and post a few screenshots on my settings in OBS and see if you guys can see the problem, or if it even is a problem?
i5 2500k 3.3GHz
MSI GTX 670
2x6 GB RAM
64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate
64-bit OBS
I use game-capture, but even with the game turned off - I get 15 FPS. Altho if I use empty scene there is nothing.

(sorry for the shitty paintjob)
I've tried with CFR on, only that so far, didn't change anything. I've tried running the program without any games open, still 15 FPS. So no idea what it could be.
Any help is very appreciated, I leave it to your expert hands! Hope I can get a bit smarter about OBS with this ;) Thanks!
