Question / Help FPS problems

Hi if i start Minecraft its 200fps or more but when i start recording with obs fps drops to 15 and stays there.

CPU: AMD-FX8350
GPU: ATI RADEON HD 6580
RAM: 8gb

because your crf ist set to 1

set crf to crf=18

that should be enough as a quality goal.

mhh scene buffering time is set to 500 (700 is default) but that shouldnt cause any real trouble

keyint and profile shouldnt really matter either with recording
you could try using an keyint of 2sec and the main profile (youtube suggests high profile)

make sure that you are using a completly clean scene with only window capture for the mindecraft window (i guess minecraft is still running on java)
