First of all, I have tried everything that is posted in this forum to fix the fps drops.
I have this pc:
Operating System: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600) (9600.winblue_r8.150127-1500)
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
I bought it like 2 months ago, and I started recording videos from LoL (League of Legends). In the first 3 weeks everything went fine, 60 fps without drops, High quality, an example of a recorded video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=km79fKrho6s). But suddenly, without installing any program, only Counter Strike G.O., my fps went to 30-50 when I pressed Start Recording.
And that´s very annoying, because I wanted to start streaming ( I paid for more upload speed) but I can´t stream or record because it´s very hard to play with that fps drops.
Here is my OBS last log, I made an effort and played this night streaming with the fps drops. But I noticed a little improve by turning the resolution downscale in 1.5. http://pastebin.com/X2SrkVUu
Thanks for the help! =D
