Any plans on implementing a frame rate limiter? It's a nightmare trying to navigate MSI Afterburner or RadeonPro and all these other programs just for one feature, that either breaks OBS or doesn't work itself.

That feature won't be added to regular/basic OBS. As it's "feature complete" so to speak.
They are currently working on OBS MP/OBS Multi-platform/OBS Studio (which you can actually use now as well) which; when setting up a game capture option for a source; there is a option to check that limits framerate.
It's only a check box with no further options so I'm guess it limits it to whatever you set your OBS recording option to.
