Question / Help FPS lag spikes

Hello fellow internet user, my problem is that the framerate keeps dropping in obs the game runs fine.
I have tried playing with the obs settings did not help, the log I have posted is with the lows settings I have tried with.

my connection should not be the problem got 50/50mbps.

did try the OBS Log Analyzer did not show anything wrong.

Hope you guys can help me :)

At first glance, I see you have two instances of window capture (or perhaps you disabled/reenabled it, I really need to make it be more clear about that when logging). If you duplicates capturing the same thing, delete one. If not, I would probably recommend deleting window capture, and using game capture instead, and seeing if that gives you better performance (on windows 7, game capture gives the best performance).

Update: it did help in the beginning, but after some time it starts dropping frame again
