Ok, so Im supposed to have a good enough computer to stream with, as I got over 200fps playing ingame of League of Legends. When I start OBS and start running my stream, I pop down to 40-60 fps, which is pretty annoying. I hope you guys can help me :)

You're running a very old version of OBS. Can you update and post a new log after running the newer version?

I see you're using Window and Monitor capture with Aero disabled...Monitor capture is the slowest capture method. Is there a reason you have to use Monitor capture? Window capture with Aero enabled and Game capture both run much better.

The best way to stream LoL is to set up 2 scenes. First, keep Aero enabled. Then, in the first scene, have a Window Capture of the LoL client, and in the second scene, have a Game Capture of the actual LoL game (or Window capture if the game is in Windowed or Borderless mode). Then use the Simple Scene Switcher to automatically swap between them: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1785 Avoid Monitor capture altogether.

Yes, monitor capture is my "scene 1" which I never use. On the 2ns scene I use "Desktop" with aero disabled. I will try with game capture and aero enabled :)

Can you post a log that has no Monitor capture and Aero enabled? There could be something else going on that the Disabled Aero had covered up.
