Question / Help FPS Go Down and Ping Goes Up

so when i try to stream CS GO on my desktop on low settings (idk Why) i can get about 150 FPS and my ping (because i play with a friend in Eu and im NA) is about 100 and it doesnt bother me.
but..
as soon as i start to stream using obs to twitch my FPS drop to about 40 and jump around a lot and my ping hits around 400


i average about 80MBPs download and about 7 MBPS upload

my computer specs are as followed
MOBO - Gigabyte F2A88-UP4
CPU - AMD A10 7850k black edition
PSU - Thermaltake TR2-500w
graphics- Radeon R7 260x 2gb
Ram - 16 Gb Kingston HyperX

your CPU is not stronk enough to stream alone. VCE will help
 
i tried to look there and the server helped but still terrible..
make sure you aren't watching your own stream while streaming and disable the OBS preview will help alot as well.

Past that advice, you'll need to post a logfile from your help menu, but I will say that a midranged PC you might have to accept some lower quality streaming quality to maintain fps in games.
