Question / Help FPS Drops

Hi,

I currently use a streaming PC with a capture card to stream but I'm getting quite alot of FPS drops, depending on which sources I have in the scene affects the FPS. If i turn off Preview i get arround 50-60fps but it jumps and is not a solid 60FPS. If i have preview on it stays arround 20-30fps. I stream at 3k bitrate and 60fps (Tried lower bitrate but I get 12mb upload speed), I was wondering does RAM affect FPS in anyway as my stream PC only has 4GB ram due to the other 4GB ram stick won't work as my motherboard slot for 2nd ram is faulty. Or if I upgrade my GPU will that improve the FPS as currently I use onboard GFX for stream PC and my CPU is i7 4790k.

Any way I can tell what's affecting the FPS?

Plus when viewing stream back on twitch vods it doesn't look smooth, my mouse looks like 60fps but my game itself doesn't act smooth all the time and it's choppy. I get no issues in game at the time it's just on playback and when streaming I don't get a solid 60fps it changes between 50-60 when preview is off.

Also I get an issue where the audio is delayed and for me to fix that I have to use the Audio offset option and start the stream once, stop it immediantly and than start it again to fix the audio delay, are any of my settings incorrect or whats causing the audio issue aswell as the choppy playback when watching the twitch vod back it doesn't act as 60hz smooth..
