Question / Help FPS drops with good computer

Hi,

My FPS without recording is +/- 350. When I start recording with OBS, the FPS drops all the way to 10.
My goal is to record in 1080p.

GPU: Radeon R9 280X
CPU: i7 2600K
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 10

Bitrate atm is 20000, lowering it doesn't help (went all the way to 1000).

[Boildown]

Post an OBS log file from at least five minutes of high action gameplay + encoding. CPU usage doesn't change with bitrate so that part isn't unexpected.
