Hi guys, I tried streaming on my old PC, i have it for 3-4 years already. i run 60 fps smoothly while not streaming though.

my specs are

AMD phenom(tm) II X6 1055T 2.80ghz
Ram : 8GB
GPU AMD Radeon HD 5700 series

still running windows 7..

What can i do to solve this problem? to run 60 fps smoothly while streaming? should i just get a new whole new package or should i just change GPU?

greets

thanks in advance

I think FPS drops are to be expected when using the x264 encoder; the only way to improve performance would be a newer/more powerful CPU

Alternatively, you can grab a Nvidia GPU to make use of the NVENC encoder (has to be a 600 series or later, I think)

If my max budget is like 200-300 euro, am I able to buy the new CPU and GPU ? ( cheap but better ones than i have now ), any suggestions?

Hmm you could try just upgrading the GPU first, a small fps drop is normal because of the increased load for your gpu but a newer one might give you enough room to keep working with that CPU for a bit longer.
Your CPU is in the range of current i5's so its not that bad.

To upgrade both you will probably need a bit more than 300 euro atm. For the graphics card, a 960/970 should be perfect at the moment, or an AMD equivalent. But to really get a notch in CPU power you would probably have to go for an i7 or similar, which alone is at 300€+
