FPS Drops While Streaming Rocket League with OBS (Dual Monitor Setup?

Hello,

I've always had an issue when streaming with OBS or other software—my game (Rocket League) lags, and it feels like I'm losing FPS.

Here’s my setup:

• CPU: i7 12700KF
• GPU: RTX 3080
• RAM: 32GB
• Monitor 1: 240Hz 1080p (DisplayPort)
• Monitor 2: 144Hz 1080p (DisplayPort)

I've already done a lot of research. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the GPU drivers, disabled all Windows game modes and other settings.

For OBS, I run it as an administrator and make sure to use the correct NVENC encoder.

I feel like the issue might be related to the dual-monitor setup, but I'm not sure.
