Question / Help FPS Drops while recording with a new PC

Hi,

I'm having fps drops with a new PC with Deforce 960 gtx Amd FX-8350 x8 4GHz, 16GB RAM...

I tried a lot of configurations but I still having this fps drops and 100% cpu consumption everytime I get this fps drops.

Also what is your Mobo?

Enable Areo
Downscale to 1.5 (720p)
Buffer Size equal or slightly less than your Bitrate
Turn off custom x264 settings
