Question / Help FPS drops when playing CS:GO

Hey all can you please help me out ?

i have a problem with FPS droping lower then 100 fps some times its like 50 fps
im not sure if its OBS or just my PC but i do have a GTX 760 Windforced OC graphics card.
when im not streaming i canget about 300 - 800 fps.

My net is slow i live in Australia and my uploads are locked to 0.84mb so i stream at 500bks
and downscale to 768x432 to try and make it look the best i can :(

same problem i get fps drops from 180 to 15 for few seconds and then back to normal

was behind target timestamp by 80

Do you have Mic QPC Time stamps enabled? if so, disable it
