Hey guys I could really use some help.
Usually when I play minecraft or cs:go i get around 100-200 fps
But whenever I stream it always drops to around 15-30 fps
Here are my specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400

My download speed is around 10
And My Upload is around 4
I was told they were okay for streaming.
Really i need help with this fps drop
Thank you!

First of all. Lock ur Fps ingame to ur Hz amount of ur Monitor. If ur Monitor runs at 60hz, lock frames to 59-61. No One needs 200fps if the Display runs at 60hz. Safe the frames for lowering GPU usage.

For cs u can do that with fps_max xx via console.

Second: If u have Bad obs settings, also a 100mbit upload will help u not at all.

Please Post a Log from the help menue in obs.

Ur CPU and GPU (integrated i think) is not that good to Stream / Record in good quality.

your only option is probably Quicksync since i3's dont have much power, but as NacOnAcid said, post your logfile from the help menu

@NicOnAcid CS:GO (and other source games) prefer low input lag and the only way to get that is with high fps, even if its higher than the Hz.
